International Program

FC Deccan International program is a newly inducted player transformation program, started in 2024 to enhance skill, playing style and game awareness under Indo-Germany program. FC Deccan International Director and partner Mr Martin Monnerjahn heads this program. Our affiliate clubs in Germany gives real time practice and game time for selected player by lateral transfer from Deccan to regional clubs.

Once a player gets into residential program in Bengaluru, gets to knows core values of FC Deccan and its playing philosophy, we move up once step further. Our Proplayr software does the assessment to determine the progress of the player and rate the player on a skill level, physical fitness and most important mental fitness. We also conducted one on one session to understand the player career plan and check out which direction the players to head. After the assessment players gets selected for the International Program and begins a new journey with minimum 3month to maximum 12month.
